Our Process

How We Refurbish LCMS Systems

Every system listed in our refurbished inventory goes through a structured 4-stage refurbishment process before it is offered for sale.

Full Mechanical Inspection

Complete disassembly and visual inspection of all mechanical components. Identification of worn, damaged, or out-of-specification parts. Creation of a remediation list before work begins.

Component Replacement & Service

Replacement of all identified wear items — vacuum pump rebuild or replacement, ion source component replacement, LC pump seals, check valves, and any electronic components with identified faults.

Performance Verification

Systematic performance testing covering vacuum system leak check, ion source optimization, detector sensitivity check, LC flow accuracy, and MRM performance verification against documented acceptance criteria.

Documentation Package

Preparation of a complete service record covering all work performed, parts replaced, and performance results. IQ/OQ documentation available on request for GMP laboratory requirements.

Service Warranty
All refurbished systems come with a defined service warranty period covering parts and labour for identified faults.
IQ/OQ Available
Installation and Operational Qualification documentation can be provided on request — compatible with GMP audit requirements.
Pan-India Delivery
We coordinate delivery and installation of refurbished systems to client sites across India.
Post-Sale Support
Service support including AMC/CMC and PM is available for all refurbished systems we supply.
